There are so many things wrong with this it’s hard not to use caps.

I just can’t believe they get this much traction out of ACORN.  I can almost understand the ceaseless, limitless paranoia about George Soros, who is admittedly very wealthy [and foreign, and Jewish].  But ACORN is such a pissant group that probably has next-to-no funding.  They’re a tiny band of do-gooders.  Sure, groups like ACT-UP were never that big, but no one’s saying that ACORN is a pernicious gadfly.  It’s “ACORN is a seed [whose] roots are deep and vast.”  The powerless are actually vastly powerful, and any documented tininess is just proof of their ubiquity.

In fact, Al Franken didn’t specifically thank ACORN because it’s just assumed that ACORN is everywhere.  Not thanking ACORN is actually a wink to their incredible power.  And seeds have roots.

On top of that, ACORN is also funded by “really fat–leftist–cats.”  I think that’s how I would transcribe it.  These are the people who presumably want to elect Democrats, and there’s nothing more sinister than that.  Why should you even vote, if Democrats are working to elect Democrats?

Also, what is RNLA?  It’s never elaborated.  I’m guessing Republican National Lxxxxx Association.  I hope L stands for Louise Ciccone.
