Shipping policy

Shipping on STR is always free.

In order to offer the best selection of alternative community products for sale and to support certain causes, all of our items are custom printed when ordered. Because our items are custom printed, they take a little longer to arrive than anything you can get on another website.

We have several different suppliers in the US, Canada, Asia, and Europe. We do this to ensure the best prices and quality possible, so shipping time varies depending on the item, time of year, and various customs that the item must pass through. 

In general, our items take approximately 2-3 weeks to be printed and shipped to you - but can take up to 6-8 weeks during busy times of year (such as holidays), during severe weather in certain parts of the world, or because of shipping route or customs issues and backlogs.
